It was an easy decision for CCI, a longtime partner, to engage us to revamp their e-commerce website design. After strategy sessions with our Ongoing Services team, we quickly realized this was more than just a design update and a conversion to a responsive build—CCI wanted the website brand interaction, user experience, navigation, and product ordering process reimagined.
Intuitive, visual navigation for users
After sorting through user feedback, we addressed user experience and navigation challenges by introducing custom filtering and mega menus to help clarify the potentially overwhelming product content. We tackled the product ordering ROI challenges by developing a custom calculator to give more exact shipping costs for specific products and locations which integrated with UPS for minute-by-minute accuracy.

Slingshot, one of our partner agencies, developed new branding while our creative and technical teams integrated the new brand direction into an effective online design, an improved online brand experience, a more intuitive user experience, and a richer technical performance — all supported with the latest functionality from an upgraded Kentico CMS platform.
