DALLAS, TX — InSite Interactive continues its award winning tradition with another successful year, winning two Excellence in Interactive Media Awards, two Summit Creative Awards, two Horizon Awards and three Telly Awards.
"The results speak for themselves, we have been awarded the highest recognitions in creative and marketing effectiveness by several leading industry organizations, and several more have yet to announce their winners. This year's awards reflect our continued innovation, as they include a focus on video use on the web and online education." said Adrienne Cornelsen, President and CEO of InSite.
The four competitions and seven awards are:
- The Telly Awards recognized the Tellabs Inspire the New Life Documentaries with three awards in the Corporate Image, Non-Broadcast Multimedia and Internet Promotional Video categories. InSite's documentaries were selected as winners from over 13,000 entries submitted by agencies worldwide. The Telly is one of the most sought-after awards by industry leaders, from large international firms to local production companies and ad agencies. They honor the very best local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, the finest video and film productions, as well as the industries top web commercials, videos and films.
- The EIMA Awards, sponsored by the Dallas-Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association (DFWIMA) recognized InSite as the winner in the Most Effective Use of Video, and also as the runner-up winner in the Most Effective Customer Acquisition. The Best Video award was granted for InSite's Tellabs Echo Boomer video campaign that included documentaries, video podcasts, postings on Google Video and uses of the video throughout online and offline initiatives. The Customer Acquisition award was for the National Academy of Railroad Sciences' new recruit acquisition campaign.
- The Summit Creative Awards recognizes companies that do more than what is necessary; that go beyond the expected. Throughout its thirteen-year history, the Summit organization has established itself as one of the premier arbiters of communication excellence. Companies from more than 50 countries over five continents, participate in its awards programs. Its competitions reward only those firms truly deserving of special recognition. InSite was recognized among those firms for two awards: NEC Univerge for Best B2B Product Website and National Academy of Railroad Sciences for Best Recruitment Website.
- The Horizon Interactive Awards presented InSite with two awards for the following categories and projects:
- Business to Business Website — NEC Univerge (www.necuniverge.com)
- College & University Website — National Academy of Railroad Sciences (www.railroadtraining.com)
