Improving Care, Improving Lives
The National Parkinson Foundation works every day to improve the quality of Parkinson’s care through research, education and outreach. The new Parkinson.org site serves as a major conduit to their mission by providing information, programs, and resources for those diagnosed with and affected by Parkinson’s disease. New features of the site include: a content-rich Resource Library, Local Resources search capabilities, integration with NetCommunity for online donations, community fundraising and online store purchases, RSS feed subscriptions, and a glossary with site term rollovers.

Celebrating 40 Years of Aerobics
In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Aerobics, InSite recently launched the Cooper Aerobics Interactive Timeline. Read the historical moments that surround the “father of aerobics”, Dr. Kenneth Cooper, and the evolution of Cooper Aerobics Company. The Cooper Aerobics Timeline allows users to view throughout the various decades each memorable milestone including images, video, audio, and text descriptions. The timeline is a fully scalable solution utilizing Cooper Aerobics’ existing Content Management System in order for Cooper Aerobics to continue to easily manage and update the timeline as more outstanding achievements are made.

Influencing the Future of Entrepreneurship at the G20
From 20-22 June, InSite’s President, Adrienne Cornelsen and 7 other U.S. entrepreneurs joined forces with representatives of the other G20 nations at the G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit to address the role of entrepreneurship as the world looks toward global economic recovery. The delegates joined the international delegations in Toronto, Canada, to identify and examine the issues challenging young and emerging entrepreneurs around the world. In the discussion on how best to ensure future global prosperity, it is evident that the world has evolved into a knowledge-based economy, in which entrepreneurial education and innovation will be the drivers of growth and success. To that end, the representatives from all of the G20 countries worked together to draft a communiqué that was officially submitted to the G20 Business Summit for deliberation.

Meet Chris Isom, our resident Flash expert. Not only can Chris cook up a pretty tasty Flash Application, he can prepare a pretty tasty pork loin, as well. If the kitchen smells like yummy pancakes or bacon, you can be sure it’s Chris making breakfast for his co-workers. He’s quick to offer to help and puts in extra hours and effort to ensure all our projects stay on course. He’s a true team player in every sense, working collaboratively with all departments to think of solid, scalable solutions.
